National Advertising for Coldwell Banker Real Estate in May 2006 stated that, "if you do business with a 'discount broker', it will cost you." Yep, it sure will. But it will cost you a whole lot less than if you do business with Coldwell Banker as well as a lot of other real estate companies out there looking for a sizeable piece of your home's equity.
